K-Task Tracker

Your tasks, meeting crumbs, and optional inbox-to-list automation—in one fast installable app

Overview

Picture leaving a meeting with a messy mix of real todos and tiny “remember this” lines—you want them captured fast, searchable later, and sometimes blasted into your email without fiddly CSV exports. K-Task Tracker is built for exactly that rhythm: a snappy progressive web app with dedicated Work and Personal surfaces so standups don’t collide with life stuff, plus filters for tags, who’s involved, scopes, plain-text search, and a Done/archive story that stays honest when lists get huge.

Where it gets fun is The Lab—your backstage pass for emailing snapshots of what’s open, printing crisp week planners, importing collaborators, polishing tags, staring at trophy-case badges, charting trends, and tweaking sounds and gestures—without turning the everyday task screen into clutter. Phones keep swipe-to-done and roomy drawers so thumbs stay happy.

Under the hood it syncs through the same dependable cloud plumbing we use elsewhere—optional mail hooks mean reminders and forwarded asks can land where your household already pays attention.

Heads-up for GTM realism: there’s intentionally no app login yet—treat non-public deployments like any trusted internal tool (VPN, edge auth, or add your own gate) until you harden access the way your org expects.

What you can actually do with it

Keep work and life in separate lanes

Open a dedicated Work hub or Personal hub so grocery runs never mingle with sprint commitments—or flip on an “everything” view when you want one honest pile.

Lists that survive messy weeks

Sort how you think, filter by tags or who’s involved, search across titles and notes, peek at finished history, and tuck stuff away without losing it—built for weeks when everything arrives at once.

Clear tasks faster on your phone

Swipe a row to complete when you’re one-handed on the subway; animations dial back automatically if you prefer less motion.

The Lab — mail & printable week kits

Fire off “what’s still open,” “what today looks like,” or “week-in-review” summaries to email when you need someone else—or Future You—to see the picture. Open polished printable layouts for planning a week ahead or replaying what just happened.

The Lab — people & calendar invites

Inside The Circle, save collaborators with emails and phones, bulk-import contacts from a spreadsheet, and optionally let matching names trigger calendar invitations when schedules shift.

The Lab — tags & housekeeping

Rename or retire labels so filters stay tidy, purge stray tags from old tasks in bulk, and keep “who owns what” chips predictable.

The Lab — trophies & momentum

Earn badges for streaks and milestones, browse a trophy room filtered by timeframe or workspace, and soak up optional celebration animations or subtle sounds when you complete something satisfying.

The Lab — charts & reality checks

Flip on analytics to see how completions trend, slice results by teammate or tag, compare combined workspaces versus one lane, and tighten the date window when you want an honest sprint retrospective.

The Lab — tune how it feels

Pick completion sounds (or silence them), decide whether swipe-to-finish stays on, spotlight freshly added tasks so nothing hides, and shrink how far back the activity recap looks.

Optional inbox rescue mode

Let trusted addresses quietly drop emails into real tasks—with dues inferred when subjects mention dates—plus digest notifications when batches arrive (great when paired with scheduled inbox polling).

Jump straight back where you left off

Bookmark tabs, folded sections, focused tasks, or special views so teammates open exactly the slice you meant—no screenshot tennis.

Weekly review mode

Use the dedicated review flow plus companion checklist docs so Monday resets become a ritual instead of improvisation.

“Pick something for me”

When every task screams urgent, let the app randomly surface one eligible item so you start somewhere instead of freezing.

Install it like a native app

Add K-Task Tracker to your phone’s home screen for instant-open convenience and predictable refreshes whenever updates ship.

Friendly built-in guides

Pop open the illustrated Lab handbook in a new tab whenever you forget what a knob does—written for humans, not engineers.
